Manly Souza is Realty Specialist. His work focuses on buying, selling, and managing properties. He is a real estate investor, podcaster, combat veteran, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Manly has been in the real estate industry since the market crashed in 2008, and believes that buying and selling properties can be good, regardless of timing. Manly has experience in being a landlord, flipping properties, and investing in various states for the purpose of cashflow.

He currently serves in the U.S. Armed Forces (E-8), has been all over the world, and has served multiple tours in the Middle East.

Academically, Manly has two undergraduate degrees: Criminal Justice and Small Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurialism. He has a Master's in Business Administration, and is currently working on his second Master’s degree in Psychology.
